CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES

We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule. If you can't make it to your appointment, please reach out to Rianne at 520-355-5421, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your session.

To respect everyone's time and ensure the best experience for all, we have the following policies in place for Wrae Aesthetics & Wellness:

Cancellations with over 24 hours' notice incur no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100%. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Please note: While Wrae Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC is located within Bright Way Wellness, other providers in the space may have their own individual policies. These specific guidelines apply only to services booked with Wrae Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

At Wrae Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC, we kindly ask that children remain at home during your appointment to maintain a calm and professional environment. Our studio is located within Bright Way Wellness, where other providers are offering services that also require a peaceful atmosphere. Sound travels easily in the building, and we want to ensure that all clients, including those of our neighboring professionals, can enjoy their treatments without disruption.

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any treatments or services. Unopened, undamaged products may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase on your Wrae Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC account. Products from outside sources, such as Amazon, or any open/used items, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

ILLNESS

If you or someone in your household has an infection or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. For your safety, as well as that of our staff and other clients, please do not attend your appointment while sick. If you arrive unwell, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled for when you’re feeling better.
